My green fix

One of my all-time favourite smoothies: spinach, kale, avocado, blueberries, raspberries, lemon juice, coconut oil, almond butter, cinnamon, ground flax seed. If you don't find it sweet enough, just add a little coconut sugar or Biona rice syrup. 

How to make it

Wash thoroughly all veg and fruit and add them to your blender with all the ingredients. Blitz and enjoy :-)
