B.A.N.K. smoothie - feel groovy

Banana, Avocado, Nuts, Kale. Fill up your body's energy BANK and power through until lunch time. 

Quick, easy breakfast whilst enjoying some September sunshine. I have used: a generous handful of kale, 1 avocado, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, mixed nuts and seeds, lemon juice, water, cinnamon and milled chia seeds with goji berries and flax seed. What's not captured is that I have added a dash of MCT oil for additional sustained energy, but you can use coconut oil too.
