Thank you for taking the time to look at my site. I am a great believer that good nutrition, regular physical activity, adequate rest, being out in nature and having healthy thoughts result in long-lasting health. The centenarian people in Okinawa, Japan often reach their 100th birthday just by following the above plan. If it works for them, it can work for you too!
I started my journey in life as an Economist, graduating with a first class degree. For five years I enjoyed the buzz of climbing the corporate ladder, but then I realised I wanted a more fulfilling career that centred on helping others.
After searching long and hard, the solution struck me when I remembered what I’d already heard a thousand times: you are what you eat! I studied for three years to master the science behind this well-known phrase and graduated as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
I learnt that with a small amount of expert guidance and some science on your side, you can easily tune your body and mind to be fitter, healthier and more resilient, whilst enjoying delicious, healthy food along the way.
If you enjoy food and want to enjoy lasting health, nutritional therapy is the answer for you.
The way I help you is in stages. Firstly, I will ask you to write a diet diary for 3 to 4 typical days which I analyse before our first consultation. During this meeting we discuss your goals, diet and lifestyle, after which I prepare a nutritional therapy programme for you to follow which is tailored to your desired outcome and personal tastes.
To keep you on track, we meet again a month or so later for a follow-up consultation to review your progress and fine tune your programme to best suit your lifestyle and preferences. Depending on your condition and progress, a few follow-up consultations could be needed to enable you to get - and keep - the results that you want.
