Our lead consultant is Nathalie Gibson, a graduate with a BSc in Catering Science and Applied Nutrition and with a Post Graduate Diploma from Patrick Holford's world renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION).
She is a professional Member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and has been a practising private and corporate consultant for 7 years. Her Nutrition Consultancy experience includes providing consultancy for Cannons Health Club, The Food Doctor & The Nationwide Building Society Corporate HQ. Her private practice has covered all aspects of nutritional advice including weight loss, improved vitality, optimised diet for sports, food intolerances, anti-candida and latterly she has specialised in assisting sufferers of ME.
