A single one to one consultation of 1 hour usually targeted at a specific ailment or issue. Includes written recommendations. Details

Dietary Advice
Cuts through confusing advice and press articles on what you should and shouldn't eat giving professional advice on what is best for you as an individual. Fill in a 7 day food diary and a nutritionist will give you personal recommendations that will make a real difference. Details

CORPORATE PACKAGES
Presentations/talks
Presentations and talks are offered to companies, organisations or groups. Talks can be broad, to cover general nutritional awareness and the potential benefits, or specific to cover Stress, Fatigue, Precautions against Seasonal ailments etc. Details Contact
Fees: 1 Hour talk £250 (Includes booking deposit of £50)
Employee Consultations £50* (or a negotiated lower rate if the company wishes to subsidise the cost)
